Return & Exchange Policy

At Zafiro, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date the order was delivered or purchased in store.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:


  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Zafiro reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Online Orders

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online:


  1. Contact us at zafiro.orders@gmail.com with your order number

  2. Our team will provide instructions for the return process

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you regarding approval of the return.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased in store may be returned or exchanged at any Zafiro location within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet the return requirements listed above.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we will gladly assist you depending on product availability.

If the new item has a price difference, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Discounted clearance items

  • Undergarments

  • Accessories (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you promptly.
